From sale to completion
Together we build superyachts and our Project Management department is ultimately responsible for the entire production process of a Feadship. From sale to delivery the Project Managers, (Project) Planners, Construction Coordinators and Project Assistants are involved within the multidisciplinary project teams.
Translating wishes into (technical) solutions
Under the direction of the Project Management Department, the client's wishes are translated into a design by Architects, Engineers and specialists. Which is partly in-house and externally engineered and built by our own production departments and various co-makers. During the entire construction process, Project Management monitors and guards the overall project planning, progress, budget, quality, efficiency and safety of the construction of our superyachts.
