If you apply with us and mail us your resume and cover letter, this information will be received by the HR organisation of the company that offers the job you are applying for. Their HR department will process your application further, and you may or may not be invited for an introductory interview.

What data do we collect?

The data you provide to us. In general, candidates provide in their CV at least their name and place of residence, telephone number, e-mail address, date and place of birth, nationality, level of education, work experience, skills (and the languages they speak) and whether or not they have a driver's license. Sometimes they also provide their photo and/or a vlog and/or include details of their marital status, family composition, leisure activities and interests, a link to their LinkedIn profile and possibly their personal website.

For what purposes do we use personal data?

We process the personal data voluntarily provided by you to assess whether you are suitable for the open position or, in the case of an open application, whether we have a place for you in our company. On the basis of this assessment, it will be decided whether or not to invite you for an interview and subsequently whether or not to initiate an application procedure with the aim of finding a suitable candidate for the open position(s).

End of the procedure

A procedure ends either because the candidate is rejected or because a talent joins our team. Being rejected for a specific vacancy, does not mean you could not be suitable for a future vacancy. For this reason we will keep the resume and accompanying cover letter for a period of one year. We will contact you again after one year to check how you are doing and to give you the opportunity to supplement your data or to ask us to destroy the data.

Even if you have given us permission to store your resume and/or cover letter, you can withdraw it at any time.
